New Mandatory Online Health Form for All Arrivals in Bali
Starting September 1st 2024, to help prevent the spread of mpox, everyone arriving in Bali must complete the "SATUSEHAT Health Pass" online form.
You can fill out the form online before boarding your flight to Bali at https://sshp.kemkes.go.id/.
After completing the form, you will receive a QR code. Be sure to save this code, as it will be scanned by authorities before you exit the airport.
Should you have any questions, you may reach out to the Indonesian government via a support line or email: kontak@kemkes.go.id, 1500-567.
What is Mpox?
Mpox, formerly known as monkeypox, is a viral illness caused by the monkeypox virus, part of the Orthopoxvirus genus. Common symptoms include a skin rash or mucosal lesions lasting 2–4 weeks, along with fever, headache, muscle aches, back pain, low energy, and swollen lymph nodes.
Mpox spreads primarily through close contact with an infected person, including skin-to-skin contact (such as touching) and face-to-face interactions (such as talking or breathing close to each other, which can generate infectious respiratory particles).
